Therapy with Anastasia Kiseleva
Sometimes, life appears to be in order: work, relationships, the familiar rhythm of daily life. Yet beneath the surface, there may be a quiet sense that something vital has been lost.
Anxiety, fatigue, or a subtle disconnection from oneself can linger behind the appearance of coping.
In psychoanalytic therapy, we attend to what lies beneath familiar patterns of thought and feeling — through the lived experience of the therapeutic relationship, in the presence of a psychotherapist who listens and does not judge.
It is often here that meaningful change begins.
A sense that life can be lived not as it should be, but as it feels genuinely right. Acceptance often follows quietly — of your own needs, limits, and contradictions — and with it, a gentle joy in inhabiting life more fully and truthfully.
I’m Anastasia Kiseleva, a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist with over twenty years of experience in Dubai, London, and Moscow. I hold a PhD in psychology and offer sessions both in—person, in Dubai and London, and online.
Living abroad is part of my own story. I know how it feels to rebuild a sense of home while navigating change. This experience helps me support others through their own transitions — with empathy and care.
My work is grounded in ethical integrity — regular supervision with British analysts and ongoing personal therapy. Safety, confidentiality, and professional reflection form the foundation of my practice.
These commitments help me remain attentive, steady, and fully present in the therapeutic relationship
Therapy is not about treating symptoms. Together we explore what lies beneath — the unspoken roots of emotional pain.
I fundamentally believe that in every difficult decision, life crisis, tragic event, prolonged period of apathy, depression, or anxiety, you can find meaning; meaning that can shed light and allow you to live a full life in the moment and in the future.
